While your support is very much appreciated by the Prince family, I would be careful about posting about her medical condition online (with the HIPPA laws and such) unless it has been released to the public (via the news media or the Prince family).

She (or her next-of-kin) would have to authorize someone post info about her condition publicly. Again, I am totally not trying to be mean, but I wouldn't want any info posted about her that's not supposed to be. We have had issues like this on GC before (concerning a KD sorority member who was in an accident and having people posting about her condition here).

Do feel free to post anything about fundraisers, events, and such being held to benefit Erin and her family, just be careful what you post about her medical condition or the case.

My friend from Erin's chapter is planning a Benefit social in Greensboro, NC for later this month. I will give you all details after she meets with her Alumnae Association this weekend.
