I apologize for horning in.....

I see that Jacksonville State is not an HBCU, but it appears to have a campus life which is more HBCU-like than other PWIs. Is this an accurate assessment? (I noticed that the entire student government e-board is black)

Anyway.... seems to me like maybe, just maybe (I really have no idea) that getting freshmen may be the key to expanding. I'm working with an APO Petitioning Group which is also having an issue with recruitment and I think it's because they're all upperclassmen and most all NPHC members. If we get a good five freshmen, we'll be set.
