Words can't describe the anguish I felt - and still feel - about John's death. He's been on my mind all day today.
I, too, wish Julian had been able to pull it together. There was some talk at one time that the remaining three Beatles (before George died, obviously) would do a "Traveling Wilburies" with Julian taking John's place. I'd love to see Julian, Dhani Harrison, Zak Starr, and any of the other talented Beatle offspring at least try to eke something out.
At least one of John's sisters has written a book about him; the name escapes me, but I'll post it when I find it later.
Thank you to everyone who followed John's family request, that the name of the glory seeker who shot him is never mentioned, that he never gets the "fame" he so desired.
