Would love to help out with ritual... I was my chapter's ritualist for 3 semesters... I even have the odd distinction of having been the ritualist who didn't know the ritual

(Back when we were a colony, we founders hadn't been initiated yet, but we still held rush to get up to "chapter size", and of course we had to ribbon and pin anyone we rushed in - so my job was to plan those ceremonies, and I was given what I needed for that - but of course, nothing pertaining to initiation.)
