Delicious, I know the situation seems really rough right now, but I agree with Leslie that you've put so much into this organization, so think long and hard before walking away. I'm not telling you not to drop out...it's kind of like a relationship, you can only try so much and sometimes you have to walk away. Just make sure that's what you really want to do. When you have a bad experience, it's really easy to do something on impulse that you'll regret later. Ultimately, do what's best for you, what's going to make you happy.
