Debbie Allen is not an eternal Ivy. Actually, I posed this question to one of my sorors who knew both Phylicia and Debbie, AND was on the line Debbie
was to been part of (Alpha chapter, 1969). My soror confirmed that although Debbie made line, she chose not to be inducted into the Ivy Leaf Pledge Club. I have no information about whether or not she ever pledged/was initiated into any other sorority.
