I love the one in Providence. They make great hot chocolate and the line in the morning is usually pretty short (if there is a line) not like the long lines @ DD! Yum!

My then roommate and I through drive through and I order my sandwich without lettuce. We get our food and then pull over in the parking lot to eat (we were both hungry but didn't want to go inside.) I check my sandwich, it has lettuce. I go inside now and talk to the manager. He tells them to make it without lettuce. I open it up in front of him...yup, there was lettuce. He then went and made it for me.
