Things fast food places do that make you mad. Which one makes the most mistakes?

Speaking of Burger King (and PB I know this has happened to you too) but has anyone ever ordered breakfast from there and whatever you ordered tasted like something else? My God it happened to me and it was SO gross. I gagged. For example like eating a croissanwich, the cheese on it tasted like spoiled raw bacon or something. Sometimes the taste is on the straw when I drink orange juice from there too. What is that!? Does anyone know what I mean? It's hard to explain.

That always happens to me when Dunkin Donuts cuts my bagels. For them though, it is the garlic on the everything bagels that gets stuck on slicer. The first time it happened I was eating a plain badel with strawberry cream cheese. I spat it out and that was the end of breakfast.
