Only Gabriel and Peter are Uncle's to Claire-Nathan is a biological father. And Hiro and Ando are so not dating. They are sidekick & hero. Girls have been brought in and out of that situation since day one. And they've probably stopped it recently to focus on what really matters. Since there's usually two of them in a scene too much else can't be going on for their plot to develop I s'pose.
