you've gotten some good advice thus far- you want to be careful with your advertising. Since you're about 2/3 of the way there numbers-wise, you're going to attract far more random weirdos with a bunch of flyer then you are if you have guys casually rushing the family friends and acquaintances they see as a good fit.
