That website is a hoot! I actually have those Cali rubber shoes in pink (they are yellow on the site) and they are comfortable as all getout. I should get extra Gammie points for having pink shoes.

Gee, but it's in our colors (sort of). We'd be the belles of recruitment.

Clearly! And question... are they technically our colors? I've heard some things about purple, but no one has confirmed this for me.

Online, I've only found a few things saying that purple used to be one of our colors, but they're not the most reliable sources. Wiki says that our colors were originally purple and gold but another sorority on campus was already using those colors, so they changed them (I know Wiki isn't always accurate).

And this site, under "Alpha Sigma Tau" says, "Alpha Sigma Tau's colors are purple and gold"... I know that's clearly wrong now, but still, it says it.

Any idea?

True, but I'm pretty certain the colors have been emerald and gold since our founding year.

I don't think that stationery is specifically meant for ASTs. It probably comes in different colors, but the website only took pictures of one variety (yet still tagged a bunch of sororities for it). You could probably order it in emerald and gold.

Oh wait, I see where it says that. Yeah, somebody didn't do her/his homework. Cool stamps though.

The heels look like a Mrs. Butterworth's bottle.

It was almost 40 degrees outside and I saw a girl wearing UGGs and a skirt today.

I love my UGGs (because I live in Ohio where it is FREEZING during winter). However, they are NOT meant to be worn with shorts, skirts, dresses, etc.

I saw a girl in the same weather, in uggs, a miniskirt, a short sleeved tshirt, and a thin scarf. Outside. What's with people?

I've wanted to ask some of the students where I teach that same question.

Since when is a blanket a fashion statement...or a spiderman, disney princess, etc...back pack when one is in HS? I'm for some of the students sometimes.
