sounds like the poster is saying people join LGLOs while they are deciding which NPHC org to pursue. And, he/she is asking why there is hatred when people do that where there isn't hatred when people join a service/music GLO prior to joining an NPHC.
doinmeALLDAY, if that's what you're asking, it probably because the LGLOs and the NPHCs are the exact same type of general fraternal organization, whereas the service/music orgs are another type of fraternal organization. It is frowned upon and, in many cases forbidden, to hold membership in two general Greek organziations at the same time. It's foolishness to do so and it's perfectly understandable why there would be "hatred."
