I just started working out again after a long, long break, and way too many pounds gained. I just did 20 mins. on the treadmill-- and I'm covered in sweat, so tired I can barely move. I feel pathetic. But I keep telling myself each step on the treadmill is one in the right direction. It's funny, we got this treadmill (a really nice one with nice built in programs and stuff!) at a thrift shop for $25.00, and I swear I don't think it's EVER been used before. So it is my goal to really break the sucker in.
