RU Senior Competes to Be America's Next Top Model
RADFORD -- Radford University senior Lauren Brie Harding is a cast member on the upcoming 11th season of
America’s Next Top Model.
Harding will be among 14 women competing on the reality TV show, which begins airing Sept. 3 on the CW Network.
America’s Next Top Model was created by and is hosted by model and talk show host Tyra Banks. The winner of the show gets an opportunity for a career in the modeling industry.
“I want to become a high-fashion model,” Harding said in an interview with
America’s Next Top Model. “That has been my dream, and that’s what I am working toward here. I hope this will be a stepping stone toward being able to be a high fashion model.”
Harding, a Charlottesville native, is a business marketing major and an Alpha Sigma Alpha member at RU.
America’s Next Top Model is one of the CW’s highest-rated programs.
