My heart goes out to any PNM who has to go through such a horrible experience. Every Panhellenic should have a "no-bid call policy" during recruitment to avoid just that kind of heartache!!!!

Even if the complaint is logged to the campus' Panhellenic Council, what kind of trouble would the Rho Chi get into?

Rush is over and she's no longer a Rho Chi. That's a horrible thing to have to go through for the PNM, but I imagine there won't be any consequences for the Rho Chi who didn't give the courtesy call to the OP's PNM.
