I am all about sales. I usually get really lucky in stores like the Gap, AE, Express, Old Navy etc- I'm really petite so my size is always left. Pittsburghers here will be familiar with Kaufmann's, wher you NEVER pay full price for anything and always shop with your newspaper coupons
My big splurges tend to be accessories- particularly purses and jewelry. Though I get lucky with that stuff, too. I recently snagged a Kate Spade claire in a liquidation sale for $80. Last summer, I got a cute coach bag at an Off Fifth for $70. I like to say I get blessed by the shopping gods
