It is posted by the university, and in the case of my own campus, by the local newspaper. This is just a matter of sorting by different data. If you have a problem with the information, contact the campuses for releasing it.

I don't have a problem with the information, but many do have a problem with the information being posted on GC.

Of course, the majority of you have never had their first and last name as well as personal information posted here, so I don't expect y'all to understand.

It's hard to see the bid lists as being the same thing, for me anyway, since these new members have no identity here. (I think most of us have our real info on the web; we just like to keep a wall between our real selves and our greekchat IDs for whatever reasons.)

But I do sympathize with those who have been victimized by the crazies and understand why you might be more sensitive.
