If you get recs for each chapter, you shouldn't need to send a resume to the Greek Life office.
Also, it doesn't really matter whether you listed Phi Mu or not. I guess they may assume you (or your parents) understand the obligations (cha-ching) of NPC membership had you listed it, but that is so minute of a detail, I wouldn't worry about it.
