We were told that should the girls attend two pref parties they would receive a bid from one of those groups. My daughter actually only attended one pref party and still received a bid. Its my understanding that everyone who completed the process received a bid. I do know that quite a few girls left after the first round of cuts.
Does Southern Miss now guarantee bids to girls who pref and maximize their options?
I ask that because I know there have been girls "cross cut" during bid matching at Southern Miss in past years.
I know in the past few years no girls have actually be released from recruitment, but many girls decided to leave on their own when they didn't end up with the choices they wanted.
