This could be detrimental to your chances, or it could matter not at all. It's really hard to tell without knowing where the women stand in their respective sororities.
My advice is to be nice to them if you see them during rush or elsewhere, DON'T bring it up to anyone anywhere, and take a good look at sororities other than these two. And stop thinking of any groups as your "top choices" before you've met them all at rush.
