Generally, yes. (And I emphasize 'generally', because I
obviously cannot nor would not speak for every African-American in the U.S.) And most of it is just talk (putting someone down because they've done ...(fill in the blank), but that
can wear on a person after they've heard it for a few years.
I hope I can live to see the day when little boys and girls don't do or say certain things and not others because "it's a black thing", "it's a white thing", "it's a ...", but that they can just be who they are while being proud of where they come from.
