It all depends on what you choose to wear as dressy casual. It is really encouraged on the second and third days to wear comfortable flat shoes. Most of the girls I've seen on these days
are wearing nice "flip flop" style sandals--I'd actually save anything with heels for pref day. You will be hopping on and off the bus to attend each house's activities, which is why flat, comfy shoes are recommended.
