Fire sprinklers are not required for fraternity houses in WV. Not sure why that was even mentioned in the article.

I've been in the TKE house at WVU and I'm currently in Iraq...trust me when I say that my living conditions here are a LOT better than the brothers that live in that house.

Oddly enough, they always seemed to be proud of the condition their house.
