Tattoos?

Almost every fraternity member on my campus has two or three fraternity tattoos if they have tattoos at all. Guess it's one of those things that differs from big campuses to small. I, too, have heard of "double-lettering," but we treated it as more of a tact thing rather than a "thou shalt not" kind of deal. Plus, would this even apply to tattoos (I mean, unless you're tattooing your forehead or something blantantly tactless like that)?
