I commented on that everytime he talked and/or they showed his lips. I couldn't get over it. It was distracting. I was hoping they cut his speaking parts SHORT but instead he wouldn't shut up.

I watched the reruns in the 80s. It wasn't stupid. It was corny. It was supposed to be corny.
