Do you mean "Quorum"? Quorum is a term used in
Robert's Rules of Order, which outlines proper parliamentary procedure.
Quorum is the set number of members who must be present in order to conduct official business. Many orgs use "majority", others use a percentage, etc., to set the quorum figure.
The acronym "TLC" is pretty common, standings for "The Leadership Conference". Not sure if that is what is used in GRSSK, but I know that more than just greek orgs use the phrase.
