I'm so tempted to pump and run somedays...but most of the gas stations are pay first then pump. I hate paying $4.26/gal for 93..I try to aim for the Sunocos that have 91

One place in town had it for 4.05, another on the other side had it for 3.91. When is it called price gouging?
