In order to manufacture or customize items with certain organizations' names, you must be a licensed manufacturer/vendor. There are many companies that mass-produce merchandise and sell only wholesale, and there are more that also have licensing to make shirts and apparel to order.
If you are interested in retailing only pre-manufactured and pre-licensed items, your company does not need to be licensed. If you are interested in customizing promotional items for Greek use, you need to become licensed:
