The easy part is bending the three middle toes down. The hard part's getting the big toe and little toe to extend out. Most people can't get the big and little one to spread outward and still keep the middle toes crunched down.
I'd take a picture of it, but my toes look absolutely horrendous due to lack of pedicure in a while.
