It all starts and ends with a house corporation whose members are willing to actually visit the property from time to time. We don't even own yet, but we have an officer/BOD member whose job it is to oversee the house manager and to handle the maintenance requests, etc. regarding the house.

Does PKA have a national house corporation or something?
