LOL, you're not too old!

You have a lot of things FOR you in this one (all the work/community service, etc.) and sororities look for involvement since the sororities themselves are at least partially service oriented (however, they are all classified as a "social sororities/fraternities for women"...)

However, if you're graduating this year, you will probably get cut right off because you won't have any time to even be a part of the organization! I would suggest looking into Alumnae Initiation if you want to be a part of an GLO (every group is different about this).

Alumna Initiation is an honor for the sororities who have it (it's not allowed in all sororities). It is reserved for certain women who did not have the opportunity to join in college but have shown that they would be a good addition to the sorority and that the exception should be made to allow them to join as alumnae.

Simply put, it is the exception, not the rule. It is also not the solution for girls who didn't get bids in college. It should not be offered or suggested as the alternative to participating in collegiate recruitment.
