So I had plans to see it Friday with another friend... we met up for drinks and went to the theater... but it was sold out! I know we should have bought tickets online but we figured it wasn't opening weekend, so we wouldn't have a problem getting in.
We even tried a few other theaters in the area and ended up going to a piano bar instead since it was sold out everywhere on Friday
Went and saw it with about 10 girls from work this past Friday. We all dressed to the nines in cocktail dresses and went out for drinks and bar hopping after. At one point during the movie someone cheered and tapped their glass like a toast, so someone was obviously drinking, which made the entire theatre clap.
My group of friends went with a guy. There's a guy in our friend group that previously watched the entire series with his ex-girlfriend. They've been broken up for 2-3 years now, but he still likes the show and wanted to see the movie with people. It was funny because he was definitely the only guy in the theatre.
Saw the movie this weekend and I wonder if I have to turn in my "girl card." I did not love it. It was cute.
Loved Charlotte and Samantha!! Steve broke my heart ( ), but he put it back together again.
I never undertood Carrie's fashion appeal. She looked a hot mess 75% of the time. SJP/Carrie should ALWAYS have chestnut hair. It knocks about 10 years off of her.

I saw it today. It was ok. I wasn't blown away by it. I'll turn in my "girl card"
I flew Delta to Puerto Rico this past week--and since Delta has a partnership with HBO, you can see HBO shows and specials on the little individual TVs. They had the movie on for free! It was a ton of fun to re-watch what I liked and skip over what I didn't.
It was cute.
