If you don't like exercising in front of people then videos are the way to go. But yoga is probably a bad video choice- just because form is SO important, as is breathing. THe gentle guidance of a good teacher can make all the difference when you are just beginning between a great and mentally stimulating experience and a painful injury.

My gym just started something called Tribal Yoga. It is amaaaazing! A mix of African dance and yoga basics. So great.

And if you don't like to sweat you might not like yoga- I always sweat at a yoga class and I am not a big sweater.

On a minor note, why don't you like group exercise? Just wondering. If you like you can PM me the answer.
