I'm very curious to see where you go with this. I'm currently High Rho, so I'm interested to see if there is any undergraduate application to your workshop as well.
In regards to fraternity fire: As a member of Epsilon-Mu, I know several alumni who dealt with the devastating fire back in 1995 that took months of rebuilding at our chapter house. Check this vid out for more info about that:
