Ditto. In fact, the week they decided who was in the final 24, I had written Syesha's name down as one of the girls I really liked. I think she'll still get a recording contract.. maybe it will end up a blessing for her! Look at Jennifer Hudson after all!

ETA: I could have done without the Fantasia performance though.

I really liked David Cook's little preview things, much better that the others!

Simon's face during that performance said EVERYTHING that I was thinking.

I liked Syesha, but I'm not surprised at the results. I think she'll be successful in Broadway. =] With that said, I hope that David Cook wins!

Thank GOD for my DVR. We fast forwarded after listening to it for about 10 seconds. What was that God-awful chicken-like dance? I've never been a huge Fantasia fan though. To me, she always tried too hard to sound like Macy Gray.


I actually like David A. I know that's not a popular opinion here, but the kid has vocals. I'd be happy to see either David win, big fan of them both.
