I can only speak for NPC sororities, but she would have to be physically present to participate in recruitment to even receive a bid to join (there is no "long distance" recruitment). So my answer to your question is probably not.
If you're concerned about the NPHC sororities, I cannot answer for them, but I am having a hard time thinking they'd be open to this either.
