I'm a Phi Psi at Ohio Mu at University of Dayton. We hold a sweetheart competition every year to pick a new one. We get like 10-15 girls to do it then have 3 rounds of elimination removing 5 girls at a time. First round is just like a limbo contest(first 5 girls out get eliminated), next round is some other sort of competition like talent or twister or hula hoop. Last round is a question answer. We only have 5 guys that live in our house so they are the guys who judge and ultimately pick. Hope that helps
