but seriously, that's bootsy guy was around in the 60's. The 60's were before Ice Cube. YOu can't blame gangsta rap for gangs. Blame the lack of orgs. like the panthers. Nothing for the kids to do , and so the kids turn to crime. You can't blame the people who are already generations deep into the game for making music about gangs. Because then you would be Tipper Gore. And she's scary. And would ban mortal kombat.
