At my school, we are called Alpha Xi's or just Xi's. We haven't used the term "fuzzie" since the seventies, and everyone around here thinks it's dorky. No offense to my sisters who call themselves fuzzies, I just personally don't care much for the name. I have also had a few GCers think that I am from Alpha Zeta Delta, but I just politely correct them. No big deal.
Chi Omegas here are called Chi O's, Sigma Kappas are called Sig Kaps, Zeta Tau Alphas are called Zetas....etc. etc. Most of the fraternities here are pretty self explanitory, but Kappa Sigmas are called K-Sigs, and Delta Sigma Phi's are called Sigs.
