It tells about our sisterhood and how it came to be.
The story starts in Georgia, in 1851
Where clasping hands for friendship as a symbol had begun.
Violets are our flowers, our colors white and blue
And as we live from day to day, they help us to be true.
To all the Alpha Delta Pis wherever they may be
So come my sisters, join your hands for our sorority!

We Live For One Another and For Alpha Delta Pi!
Sisters we will always be, our friendships hold us true
