Yeah this is definitely not recruitment. While drinking is a highly likely scenario, they might not be, since it is during the day (not to say that drinking doesn't happen during the day). Alpha Tau Omega at Maryland hosts a Virgin party (where they serve virgin cocktails) to raise money for the Hero Campaign. They have bands play, door prizes, games, etc. and you do get a wristband upon entry. It's a very popular event at Maryland. On the off chance that a UCSB fraternity is having an event like that, who else would they want to promote the event than scantily clad sorority women?
