If you don't know what "mistake" I'm referring to, then you haven't learned what you need to learn from this experience! Go back and read this thread from the beginning. Allow it to teach you. LatinaAlumna's posts did indeed answer your question early on. Regardless of what organization you are trying to learn about, her answers/posts can be applied to any organization. You're not seeing it, but it's all there in her posts.
