yeah you're right, we have been too harsh on new posters. I made the first negative comment, i'll be the first to apologize. I didn't think this user was legitimate after reading over the first post. We can't always tell context on a computer screen. At times, the only thing we can go by is diction to deduce how serious this person really is...
I happen to know at least 2 groups, both sororities that definitely haze, doing line ups, bullying, sending pledges on scavenger hunts, taking them on "trips" where they would be forced to remain in a secluded area for a certain amount of time, forcing pledges to provide sisters with candy, condoms, and many other items at any time during the day, making pledges clean their house, and basically doing everything to intimidate and humiliate girls that they would then turn around and call "sisters"....yeah right, more like stepsisters
...i read this and my first take on it reminded me of a certain missus that tried to elicit harm on a particular group she had a vendetta for. With some of the other loonies buzzing around it makes it difficult for us to protect the integrity of GC without stepping on a few toes.
In summary, i'm sorry if you found my reply "crock of shit reply" inappropriate. That's what was playing in my mind when this thread came up. ...anyways i gotta bounce, welcome to gc cloud9.
