I've heard #4 (Stop when you're full) over and over again, but it's amazing how much we still eat if we see that we still have food on our plates. The blindfolded eaters test surprised me. I think I'll try that next time.
I'm one of those who often watches TV or reads a book while eating. I didn't know those things were distracting me while I ate more.
If it means not having to go to the gym and eating awful food, I'll try it!
