University of Michigan TKE chapter

Ya I was at U of M for wrestling my freshman year of college. I just joined TKE at U of Toledo(chapter closed down a semester later) I wrestled for a new program so to say I did not last to long in the tourny. We stayed there from friday till sunday I walked around U of M's campus with my letters on an ran into the guys from the last pledge class they had which was spring 02 I joined in fall 04 the guys I met were juniors at the time I have no idea what happend to them since then. I found out that when they joined the Upsilon chapter was having problems and that they were taking pretty much anyone and getting them through the pledge process in 3 weeks. They asked me how much it cost for me to pledge and back when I joined it was 81 for pledge dues and 215 for initation dues so about 300. They shelled out around a grand and found out that 700 of it went to the guys living there they got their badge book pledge pin all that shit but never saw the rest of the money. The older guys they said never really cared just trashed the house broke into other fraternity houses pretty much scumbags from what I was told. Also they didnt tell people they were members of TKE they kept all their shit in a box. I dont blame them after putting up with that shit and their rough pledge process .
