Is it oldu's responsibility to do anything that he continues to do? He's become the dondada of GLO history on GC. Somehow.

We generally don't and more than likely won't be investing in a list soley for the purpose of GC.
But since someone continues to volunteer these random threads, we can comment on the exclusion.

If you say so.

Absolutely. As it should be.

I realize that it may look like I attempted to slight some groups, Actually I was only working with material available. I am right now trying to assemble a list of all chapters of NPHC groups and, despite what some peolpe are saying, it is not an easy task. If there is a complete and concise list for your organization please advise where I can find it so that your information is not omited in the future.

But for the record -- did anyone really care that much about the information being presented on ANY of the councils?
If you're going to have a thread as general as "Most chapters at Phi Beta Kappa schools" and not qualify it as being about WHITE GLOS only (yes, I said it, and for a reason), then yes, oldu should be held to a standard of doing research on just nine more orgs and making it complete.
Hell, several of the NPHCs are older than some of the NICs and NPCS.
And let's not get into Phi Beta Kappa schools where there are ONLY NPHC orgs.

It's too bad you changed your signature line. The old one (I think it was about something being the new black) fit you so well.
If my kids were acting like you (and several other posters), this is what I would tell them: Perhaps you should tell oldu that you feel slighted when he overlooks NPHC chapters in his posts. Then YOU should do some work YOURSELF and add the information that you think is missing. Instead, you have spent pages complaining without ever adding a single bit of relevant data to the thread. (I personally would be interested to know where NPHC chapters fit in the discussion.)
So many people in life would prefer to wallow around in "it's not fair" and "you owe me ______" than improve the situation.

BITCH
is the new black. That was my signature. I'm happy to remind you of it.
Lucky for me, I'm not your child.

The point has soared over your head completely.
FWIW, irishpipes does threads like this and no one has ever complained about omission because she titles it "NPC Recruitment" or the like.
But oldu's threads never say most NIC chapters, most NPC chapters...it's just assumed. Not only NPHC groups but service greeks, professional greeks, multicultural greeks are omitted.
Why should anyone other than oldu do the work? He takes it upon himself to create these threads, if he's wrong he needs to go back and correct it.
Not only that, the whole thread is faulty because it doesn't include closed chapters. If we're looking at colonizing at a PBK-having school as a sign of what makes a GLO "better", shouldn't we look at ALL the chapters that have been colonized?

Who knows? Maybe GLO chapters at schools with PBK are MORE likely to close!
