I am currently in an industry that has very few women, and almost no Black people. But, it's where I want to be. And, if going where I must go means traveling to a place where there are no "sistas", then I guess sisterhood is unnecessary.

Oh I am one of five black women in engineering and when I am having hard times I go to my girls for that support. Yes I can succeed without the support of my sistas, but it helps. So lets stop with
