Example:

Interviewer: What is your greatest weakness.

Interviewee: Sometimes I try to please others TOO much. I also work too hard.

or

Interviewer: Name three words that describe you.

Interviewee: Winner. Awesome. Fratty. (okay maybe not that last one)
