I don't remember it being unheard of for a junior to get a bid, why not go through and see? If you only met 2 chapters, you haven't really given greek life there a try.

There are more than 600 groups on campus, including art, band, cheerleading, chess, choir, chorale, chorus, computers, dance, debate, drama, drill team, ethnic, film, forensics, gay, honors, international, jazz band, literary magazine, marching band, musical theater, newspaper, opera, orchestra, pep band, photography, political, professional, radio and TV, religious, social, social service, student government, symphony, and yearbook. Popular campus events include Late Night Penn State, Dance Marathon, and Distinguished Speaker Series.
Sports
There are 15 intercollegiate sports for men and 14 for women, and 15 intramural sports for men and 14 for women. Facilities include 6 gyms, 5 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor tracks, 2 golf courses, a jogging course, a rink, 2 rifle ranges, 32 acres of practice fields, and numerous courts for tennis, handball, squash, and paddleball.
