Not all Texas schools require full length shots. UTEP doesn't (but that is probably because we only have 2 NPC sororities).

I hope your not saying that El Paso is not a big city. Because just because we are in the middle of nowhere (which we are. PS. We are still closer to San Diego than we are to Austin/Dallas/Houston) doesn't mean we aren't a big city.
